KOONTUCKY MAINE COONS
We invite you to meet the cats who produce Michigan's top Maine Coon kittens. Koontucky Maine Coons are often referred to as the "Gentle Giants" of the cat fancy. Although large and feral in appearance, they are very gentle and social cats. A perpetual kitten, they bound through life, bright-eyed and bushy tailed. They have clown-like personalities and will keep you very amused. Just like potato chips... you can't stop with just one.
Our cats are very affectionate. They are curious, intelligent and love to help with the daily activities. Many love to play fetch. Our cats are very "people oriented" and want to follow you everywhere. They normally get along well with dogs, children, and other cats. They are also fascinated with water. Some will stir their water before drinking it and others will drink right out of the faucet for the freshest water available. They delight in playing in the bathtub, stalking the last drips of water after the faucet quits running. And after a grueling day, their preferred spot to sleep is often on your head.
